With a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces available to you, Holmesglen at Eildon is the perfect venue for your next corporate or special interest event.
Our conference venue is state of the art, complete with three conference rooms in the Main Centre and two smaller board rooms, each with a full range of audio visual equipment, integrated data projection, free WiFi & Smart-boards. Inside, we can accommodate groups of up to 200 people theatre style or 150 for a seated function and our lounges, decks, gazebo and gardens provide conference delegates with numerous breakout spaces and dining options.
The spacious grounds include a Sports oval, that can be used for larger events with festival marquee and sails erected. The Recreation precinct has a 20 metre swimming pool, a multipurpose floodlit tennis/basketball court and numerous activity options.
Our Recreation room offers data projection equipment, free WiFi, and also boasts pool table, table tennis, kitchenette and gazebo with undercover fire pit.

The Upper Goulburn Valley provides an abundant food bowl for Holmesglen at Eildon. Featuring the finest local gourmet produce from a region famous for its wines, olives, trout, beef and organic fruit and berries, our menus and dining options are customised to your needs and tastes.
Anything is possible, during the day, fresh healthy food and refreshments will keep you focused. At night why not unwind in front of the fire with one of the regions elegant textural reds, or simply drink in the view while our executive chef and their team tantalize your taste buds.
From overnight stays, to multiple night events or conferences, there is a broad range of accommodation options to suit your requirement. The rooms are modern, beautifully presented and blissfully quiet, each with their own spectacular views of the valleys below. Choose from our Corporate King or Queen rooms with ensuites, our Standard rooms with 2,3 or 4 single beds, or the Homestead with eight bedrooms and extensive entertaining facilities.
The activity options on the 660 acre property and in the surrounding area are numerous and include things such as bike riding, horse riding, archery, laser clay target shooting, canoeing, or a night time campfire. All programs are prepared to match the interests, skills and fitness levels of your delegates and are supported by our team of professional outdoor recreation staff.
A series of programs and activities is on offer allowing conference delegates to immerse themselves in the beautiful environment and undertake insightful, safe and fun outdoor recreation activities. The program can have solid educational and personal development outcomes or they can be fun, recreational, relaxing or all of the above. Programs can be as long as a day or two or as short as 20 minutes.
